Interiors, exteriors and the lot — 30 to 50 edited photos, delivered in MLS and print sizes. I shoot every angle worth having and hand over the good ones, not a strict count.

Drone coverage is 10 to 20 aerial photos. Add-on rates apply when booked with a photo package. Twilight is a second visit at last light, windows glowing — usually the hero image.

FAA Part 107 Licensed commercial drone pilot — cleared to fly your listing legally.

Photo use

Use the photos however you like while the property is listed — MLS, Zillow, print, social. Once it sells, the license ends; continued use after closing is $100, one time, for as long as you want them.

Also available: stock images from around the communities.

Property line overlays are approximate. They are drawn from publicly available parcel data and are intended for marketing illustration only — they are not a survey, and should not be relied on to establish boundaries, easements, or acreage.

Hi, I'm Jacob Mowry.

I started out chasing light around Pine Mountain Club with a camera and no particular plan — the pines at first snow, a blue jay working over an acorn, the lake going pink at seven in the evening. The drone came next, and with it a way to show people the shape of a place: how a cabin sits on its slope, where the sun lands in the afternoon, what you can see from the deck.

These days most of my work is for agents listing homes in the mountain communities, but I still shoot landscape and wildlife for prints. The business was Aerial Falls Photography before I put my own name on it. Same pilot, same mountain.
